EMPLOYEES
1) How do I get the offers online? How do I get a password?
Click on New User Signup (Upper right-hand corner of page)

When prompted, type in your company name.

Click SUBMIT. (If there multiple company names similar to your please pick the appropriate city)

Fill in the short registration form, (Use the company's zip code for ZIP)

After submitting the information you will receive your password via e-mail.

2) My company is registered but it says that “There is no record with that company name.”
The registration system will only recognize your company name exactly as it was first entered by your company's HR Director / Benefit Director. Please contact your Wild At Work Director or Wild at Work Customer Service for assistance at 858-558-6890 x114 or customerservice@wildatwork.com.

3) I registered as a New User, where is my password?
Your computer may have a firewall or Spam Filter that may block the automated e-mail containing your password. Please contact customer service to reset your password at 858-558-6890 x114 or customerservice@wildatwork.com.

4) I’m trying to log in to the site with the password that was e-mailed to me, why am I getting “Invalid username or password. Please try again.”?
The passwords are case sensitive. For example if your password is xlBY8o, check to see if the “l” is a number 1 or a lowercase “L”. If you continue having problems please contact customer service to reset your password at 858-558-6890 x114 or customerservice@wildatwork.com.

5) How do I can I get Hotel discounts?
Once you are logged in, click on Hotels

Select region you would like to stay in under State and City

On the new page click on VIEW OR PRINT THIS OFFER

A smaller page will appear that describes the offer.

Call the phone number on the coupon to book the room.

(Some coupons will ask for a specific coupon or rate code when reserving. If it does not state one just ask for the Wild at Work Vacations Rate)

6) How do I get Disneyland, Knotts, SeaWorld, Legoland get tickets?
Use the search bar on the left or the drop down menu at the top to find the attraction you are interested in. Click more info and follow the instructions to purchase tickets including the partner code if necessary when registering with the ticket affiliate company.
7) Can I print out/ tear out the Disneyland and other attraction tickets and bring it to the door?
It depends. Some tickets are e-tickets and can be printed right from your computer while others have to be mailed, Specific information will be provided on the ticket affiliate website, but any specific questions should be directed to them.

8) How long does it take to get the Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Legoland and Sea World tickets mailed to me?
There are options for delivery times all orders must be in by 2:00pm PST to ship that day. Shipping Rates vary by delivery times.

Shipping times via UPS Ground can take 2-3 Business Days and UPS Next Day takes 1 Business Day.

9) How do I get MOVIE TICKETS?
After you log in, click on tickets on the title bar. It will direct you to another page. On the bottom right hand corner of that page click on More Info under REGAL ENTERTAINMENT GROUP. This will then bring you to the offer page, click on the red Print Exclusive Offer button. There will be a smaller coupon page that pops up (please disable any pop-blockers if it does not open). On the coupon page click on PURCHASE NOW (you may need to scroll down).
DIRECTORS
1) I want to be part of the Wild at Work Program, how do I register my Company?
Simply click on REGISTER YOUR COMPANY Fill out the short registration form and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you shortly.

2) How much does membership cost?
Membership is FREE but you must agree to actively promote Wild at Work to your employees or members. By registering your company, your employees or members will enjoy exclusive savings on travel, entertainment, shopping, dining and services with the Wild at Work benefit program.

3) I registered my company and it has been over 24-48 hours, where is my password?

4) What is Director's Central?
Director’s Central is designed specifically for Wild At Work directors to order books, update old contact information, and access promotional posters and clipart.

5) How do I log into Director's Central?
At the upper right hand corner of this page, in the brown box, click Login under Wild At Work Director Central.

6) I’m trying to access the discounts, but my director's password does not work.
To access the offers you will need to sign up as a new user and will be supplied a separate password

7) Can I add a link for Wild At Work Vacations to my Company’s website?
Yes, you or your web technician can access banners at http://www.wildatwork.com/directors under the Banners button..
